Went to mobil 1 5-30 yesterday.Used 20-50 racing before. Today i tried to adjust the amm. Car idling on and off for 45min. Gave up. An hour later I take car down the hill. About 1\4 mile later, in second at 3000 rpm and decellerating, I look back and 007 smoke screen-blue and grey smoke. I pull over and shut car off. Can't see anything in engine compartment-no leaks-nothing unplugged. Start car and still smoking a little. Drive home very mellow thinking the worse. Get home, still smoking just a tad. Pull plugs to see if all hell has broken loose. Plugs look fine-a little grey-not wet. Start car up-little puff of smoke. Drive car for 20 min-no more smoke. What the hell was that??
Any clues?? I'm assuming it was me working on the amm, and o2 and jacking those around for 45 min. Plus maybe the thin oil? Hell I don't know.
Is this oil TO thin for a car with 149,000 miles?
Thanks all
