I do not think you can buy one except as part of a complete fuel pressure test kit for north of $200. I was able to make one by drilling the proper size hole in a banjo bolt head and tapping it with an npt tap to accept the hose fitting, which then connected to a section of hose, and finally to a shrader valve. My el cheapo fuel pressure gauge then worked fine.
I would buy the tap and drill at a good hardware or plumbing supply store so you can get the exact size bit for the tap. The bit was an odd size xx/64's.
I think it might be even easier to insert a tee fitting into the fuel line hose and hook up your pressure gauge to that via adapters. But then you don't get to add the drill bit and tap to your collection of tools used once.
