The Saab Site (http://www.thesaabsite.com/9000/9000fuelsystem.htm) lists injectors for your car for $118. I don't know if that's new or refurbished, but I'll guess new, because they don't specify otherwise. You could also contact Sobstory (http://www.sobstory.com), or any of the other sponsors on this site (see the bottom of the page).
There isn't anything wrong with refurbished - just find out who did the refurbishing. If it was refurbished by Bosch, then I would trust it just as much as a new part (which is quite a bit). If nobody can tell you who did the refurbishing, or name someone you don't trust (Joe's Grill and Precision Refurbishment - ask about our hamburger special!), then avoid them.
Bosch refurbished parts come in Bosch boxes with Bosch paperwork. Call around. I like dealing with the folks that advertise on this BB for two reasons - first, they support the BB. Second, if they screw up, it'll be splashed over a bunch of postings. It's in their best interest not to screw up a nice captive market of buyers.
Good luck!
