Important to remember, the only way the car could have been towed in neutral is if someone held down the clutch the whole way (the shifter doesn't leave reverse w/out the key), and that's not great for the car, either. I don't have them w/ me, but the owner's manual & Bentley manual very strongly stress that the car can not be towed on it's front wheels. DO NOT DISCUSS WHAT HAPPENNED W/ ANY OFFICIAL OF THE SCHOOL OR SECURITY. You are not an expert, and THEY WILL USE ANY INFO THEY GET TO TRY TO BLAME YOU FOR THE DAMAGE. Go no further than to say there's a problem, and you're having it checked out. Have it checked out by your Saab specialist ASAP. Any passage of time will give them the chance to say the damage occured at some time other than when they towed it. To the argument that you shouldn't have parked illegally, the answer is that the penalty is a small fine, not the destruction of your car. Best of luck!
