If all that you need finished is the boost guage on the dash, we/I can tell you where to hook that up no problem. A small guage diamater vacuum hose connects to a nipple on the back of the guage. If it's not hooked onto that nipple already, then it's laying loose back there amongst all the other dash wiring. From the guage it runs through a boost shut-off valve (which I bypass) then continuing on through a hole in rear of the engine compartment wall and connects to the small nipple fitting attached to the side of the intake manifold. There's a larger hose also connected to that fitting which runs to the brake power assist system. After it leaves the intake manifold fitting, the smaller vacuum hose should also branch off (a T fitting) to connect with a fuel boost impulse switch, possibly even some other emissions related switch, plus the vacuum canister which controls the ventilation system. But that's the main route for the dash boost guage - from the intake manifold to the rear of the guage - regardless how many times it branches off.
If you've got a friendly independent SAAB mechanic nearby, you might ask him too just take a look and see if the connections make sense. Or ask to look under the hood of a similar vintage car. And if I'm not mistaken, on top of the left front wheelwell there should be a diagram for the vacuum hose connections.
