Hi.

I posted recently about the twisted seat in my '94 CV. I bought the parts and was hopeful that it was a project I could do (Eric & Jay are great, but I don't want to monopolize all of their shop time with my cars!). Anyway, turns out the seat bolts are T-50's. Who has a T-50 (not sears, home depot, lowes...). Of course, my dad does, so he mailed it to me (from Texas). Got it tonight and pulled the seat out and it turned out to be a relatively easy repair. Biggest problem was getting the darned cup end of the sheath off of the motor (and getting the new one on their). Any suggestions for a better approach then brute force?

All in all, a doable job if you have a T-50.

Unfortunately, the SRS light flashes, the cruise is intermittent, the seat heaters are intermittent... so Eric/Jay are going to get the car for that stuff (at least the SRS issue anyway).
