the numbers in Bentley did not agree with the sticker in the fenderwell of the car. I believe it was in the case of the oil. I went with what was in the car. Also make sure you flush the old oil/lines due to non-compatibility of the two. The conversion kit tells you at what point to install the oil as I recall.
Also, the 134A conversion kit tells you that how much is required w.r.t R12, seems it was less (80% ?) but it's been 2 years now since. In any rate the 134A is dirt cheap, and you should fill until the gages give you good readings (which I presume you have & know how to use).
Make sure your replace the dryer unit. Fairly low $, but when I removed mine the 2 line set of factory hoses/tubings were seized onto the nut and they ended up twisted off requiring replacement. You get new Orings with a replacement drier which I believe is made by Parker (you can get it many places).
Good luck.
