I purchased my springs from SAS. The look good (even with stock wheels and tires). They lower the car some for sure but they are also stiffer - 30% IIRC. Definitely not the ghetto look. I bought the polyurethane 1/2 spacers since I have a convertible and since I had rubbing problems with load before. But if I was doing it again I would use the stock (1/8 in?) spacers. Especially on a non convertible.
The handling improvement with these springs is AMAZING. Your tires, unless you have very good ones, will be the limiting factor in cornering. I settle for a set of H-rated Firestone SH30's and I wish I would have sprung for a set of Z-rated tires.
It is the best modification I have ever made.
Good luck with your decision. Other springs to consider: Intrax and Jamex (SPG) if you can find them but they are VERY stiff I hear
Ciao
