A bit more specific info is needed. First, you have to figure out why it was 'blown up, sir!'. Is it a Turbo, is it an S model, is it a base model? Regardless, it seems that the injector for #2 could have been clogged or something. Was there impact damage on the piston which caused the hole, or was it just excessive heat? To go further, you will need to remove the engine from the car and remove the transmission from the engine (remove the clutch BEFORE you pull the engine!) If the bores measure good and the deck is planar and there is not cylinder wall damage in #2, you may be able to rebuild it with a new piston. This will probably be more expensive than putting in a used motor. There are a number of c900's in junkyards with blown auto transmissions. You could mate one of these relatively low mileage engines with your transmission and go from there. What are your aspirations with this car? Cost is dependent on what you are willing to do yourself. If you go with the JY motor, I would inspect a few things and definitely replace the crank seals before I put it in.
