I found the white stuff last week when changing yhe oil. I've suspected a head gasket leak for a while, car runs OK but I get alot of condensation out of the exhaust for a long time after the engine has warmed up. Also got some white deposit around the turbo, I suspect its whats left of anti-freeze. Put about 1 pint of coolant in over the last 2000 miles. No sign of any oil on top of the coolant in the expansion tank and its not got any worse or better. decided to leave well alone until something else happens.
Interesting idea about the crancase breather system, anyone add anything further??
