when the body is buckled at the wheels it means that the rear body structure that is designed to compact and go down has begun this collapse process. Repair if possible will require one of those powered frame/chassis machines that can hold the rest of the car and then pull the back- back and up. I would talk with an experienced repair tech. I would be concerned that if you got it straight again that the structure would be compromised and might go back to this condition with minor rear impact.
