They do good work, although it did take them two tries to fix mine, which meant two uninstall/install cycles, which I was not so happy about. You MAY be able to have the same work done at a local speedometer repair shop if you find one in your area. It cost me about $75 + shipping.
To take out the speedometer will probably take you most of a day the first time you do it. You have to remove the center console, then remove the steering wheel, then remove the fascia. The fascia is the most involved part since you have to disconnect quite a few electrical bits and label them carefully. You can then remove the left speaker grill for access and you should have no problem removing the speedometer. You will want to get a good repair manual to help you through the process.
Don't forget to put the fascia screws back on in the correct positions - they are all different lengths, and if you put one in that is too long you can poke a hole in your dash. Also be sure to attach the heater control valve rod before putting the fascia on - much riskier to do afterwards.
