First off, why do you want to do this? The cooling setup in a c900 is pretty solid, and does what it's supposed to do properly. Running your engine cooler may seem like a good idea, but remember that a cooler engine leads to poorer gas mileage due to improper combustion. I'd personally recommend leaving it alone...

If you're dead set on doing it, the easist thing to do is use the existing sensors. The switches in the radiators short together when they reach a certain temperature causing the time-delay relay to close and power the fans. If you want to turn the fans on, just wire a switch in parallel with the existing thermo-switch to short together... Literally, run a a pair or wires from the thermoswitch to your dash mounted switch. When you flip the switch, the relay will think the thermoswitch closed and the fans will spin. Remember as long as your switch is flipped the fans will stay on. A better idea is to use a push-button to momentarily close - that will cycle the fans once (15 mins?) and then they'll shut off automagically.

If you've pulled your AC system out, you can use the old A/C button to turn the A/C fan on - this is how mine is set up. You just need to be sure to leave everything wired up when pulling the system, and remember to short the A/C cutout switch together or the system will be disabled. I use this fan in heavy traffic, but will eventually be replacing the dual radiator-fan setup with a larger high-efficiency Spal (or similar) fan and using the A/C fan switch to turn on/off the intercooler fan...
