Put an ammeter between the + cable and the battery.
R&R the fuses one by one until the ammeter registers zero draw...or an acceptably low draw. FWIW, some alarm systems draw a few milliamps and a leaking one may be causing the problem.
Once you know which circuit has the leaker in it, troubleshoot the components on the circuit for the leaker.
