To change out the rear springs you can undo the two 19mm bolts holding the front of th trailing arm. Soak the bolts liberally with PBlaster. Put the rear of the car up on jack stands.Support the center of the rear axle with a floor jack, just supported. Use two jacks undernearth the r/l trailing arms then undo the four 19mm bolts and the top of the shocks. Slowly lower the two jacks the front of the trailing arms should fall and the springs should just fall out. Installation is the reverse of removal. After the new springs are in make sure to slowly jack both sides of the trailing arm up until you can start the 19mm bolts. Make sure you start them straight and then just tighten. Put back the top shock nuts. The key is to soak the 19mm bolts use a 19mm deep socket and a breaker bar. If you can get those four bolts loose it should be no problem.
Good luck.
