disconnect fuel lines to fuel rail. you will get fuel spilling out, but keep a rag under them. you can also run the car and unplug the fuel pump relay to suck all the fuel from the rail.
then remove the two mounting bolts for the rail; 12 or 13mm. then all you have to do is pull up on the rail at the injectors and then will pop out.
note: if you have never had the injectors out before, they may be in there real nice. careful when pulling them out that one does not pop free and the others do not, you will bend the rail, not good.
to remove the injectors from the rail, remove the clip and they will pull out.
when reinstalling the new ones, use a little vaseline on the o-rings and they will slide in easy. then put everything back together.
