on the nipple that also supply brakebooster with vacuum. The T-split goes to TBPV and FPR. On 89 and up the vacuum to TBPV is taken from the nipple on top of the manifold, close to A/C compressor.
You can probably use the FPR hose and split it with a T. The proper way is to use a plastic nipple with two outlets on 89 and up.
They have about 10 different nipples to choose from with different configurations of outlets.
