Recently replaced by old worn Bosch foglights with the Hella 530 driving lights(which are comparable in size).
The first time i tried them one night, I couldn't see the beam....cause they were shooting up in the sky, to the left and right respectively.
I only use them when on rural roads at night. The great thing is although I have adjusted them to shine more on the road, they both point to the left or right, not directly ahead. This gives great side views of any critters thinking of crossing the road as I can see them for quite a distance. They lights also help iluminate a curve in the road before I actually start turning the wheel.
Of course I shut them off if I see another vehicle coming. I like them so much that way, I never bothered fixing them to shine straight on.
The 530 can be had for around 60$ for the whole kit.
