Like Keith said, the pink saab is likely dexcool, which as of M02 is the standard saab fill. Before that, SAAB used blue G48 coolant or equal, common in euro as low silicate, non-phosphate. This is similar to old vw G11 spec, and also like the FAMOUS pale colored mercedes coolant that townsend recomends ... this blend is a said to be a bit better than the rest.
VW recently swithched to G12 dexcool type, as audi did. To switch, go thru the tedious prestone super cleaner process ... takes a day or 2.
The better choise is the new G05 hybrid HOAT long life coolant, orange, and only available at Chrysler dealers at about $13. It is a cross between dexcool and std euro coolant. Mercedes may use it europe, but not available at mercedes dealers in US. Just requires simple flush.
