Hi. I replaced the front tires on my 1989 Turbo sedan about a year and a half ago. The tire dealer put on the 185/65/15 size Goodyears. Thats fine with me. The tires that were on there were 195/60/15 Nokias and I didn't have the money to replace all four at the time, so I put the new ones on the front. I didn't even realize the size difference until someone pointed it out to me a while ago. I need to replace the Nokias in the rear now. Should I match the size with Goodyears I'm keeping? I should note that I will probably have to move them to the rear because there is a little chunk flaking off the sidewall of one and I think a rear blowout is safer, no? So the new ones will be in the front.
THe Goodyears have about 10,000 miles on them and good tread depth.
thanks for any advice
