I just bought the fabric at Hancock Fabrics and Super 90 3m spray advesive and did it myself. The hardest part for me was the sunroof fabric. If your sunroof is still tight, chances are the two plastic mounting strips are still good. Basically, remove the sunroof cover(four torx bolts) and move the sunroof forward. You will see the nuts for the cables and the back guides. I removed the tray and used the old cover for a template. Then, sewed one strip on and install on the tray to measure the length. I went maybe an inch shorter than tray so I could stretch the fabric to make the lid tight. Since you have a two door, removal of the shell is quite easy.
I am not sure if the kits come with the sunroof fabric already pre-sewed, and to me, this is the hardest part of the whole project. Either way you go, be careful with the shell because it is only cardboard. Try not to force it out. It helps to have someone in the backseat to support it while you work it out of the front corners.
