First, check the doors to see if they are properly aligned. There are three ways of aligning the doors.
1. The hinge bolts on car itself
2. The hinge bolts on the door
3. The lock post on the car

You can adjust these three to move the door in any position you need.

Second, check the condition of the rubber insulator around the door. If it is quite squashed you should replace it. But if you don't have money here's an alternative. Buy some new vacuum hoses to replace some of those old ones in your engine compartment. Why? B/c you are going to take that old hose and place it behind the rubber insulator trim around the top of the door. Use a nice long piece to go around the complete top of the door. The vacuum hose fits perfectly behind the rubber trim on the door and is compressable so it works perfect. Then close you door and go for a drive w/o that annoying wind noise!!!!
