What to do about warped brake rotor... (long)

I've got the "one of the brake rotors is warped" stopping symptoms on my '91 900s, but only at low speed. I checked the lateral run out of the four rotors and found this:
FL - .004"
FR - .003"
RL - .003"
RR - .010"
Specs, according to Bentley, are: Front - .003", rear -.004". There is also about a ~0.5 mm lip on all the rotors, so from a thickness point of view they should be ok. The pads on there now are Saab pads, and all have a fair amount of pad material left.
So I'm a little over spec on the front left, and way over on rear right. Also I purchased four rotors and PDB deluxe brake pads from Sobstory a while ago, since I expected to need them soon and was in the area.
So, the options are:
1) Replace rear rotors, keep exisiting Saab pads.
2) Replace rear rotors, use PBR pads on rear, exisiting Saab on front
3) Replace rear rotors, and change all pads to PBR
4) Replace all rotors, and change all pads to PBR.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
Thanks.
Jeff
