Is last preregistration date the 27 or the 25,24,23!!!!!!!

I hate suprizes, especially bad ones. For the longest time I've been planning on preregistering w/ Central Penn Saab Club (CPSC). I actually emailed before they got the forms out and asked if I could drop off the payment b/c we go to visit my girlfriend's parents in the same town the organization is out of. They said I had to wait for the forms so I did and just planned on dropping them off the next time we went back to visit her parents. Well both times we did I didn't have time and the final week came around. I called my girlfriend's father and asked him to drop off mine and a friend, he said sure. I told him he could wait till saturday b/c the final date listed on CPSC's website was the 27th of April. ERRRRR, George Basehore then calls yesterday and says he can't accept it b/c it's too late!! Her father dropped it in his mailbox the morning of the 27th! Now since I've already told my friend I'd pay for his registration I now have to pay at the gate for two people and instead of 20.00 prereg, I'm paying 40.00 at the gate. How lousy. I'm kinda disappointed b/c I was planning on joining CPSC but this has really made me upset. I'm not sure if I will now.
