to the engine. It should be right next to/slightly under your AIC (automatic idle control) valve.
I've linked below a page on my fledgling little website which shows a shot of the engine bay on a 1990 SAAB 900 (base). It has a 2.0 L motor, and while yours has the 2.1 L, yours SHOULD look similar.
Look at the LAST photo on that page, and component #1 is the AIC valve. Your thermostat housing is just behind it (hidden) and the bleeder screw can be seen to the left of the AIC valve. The view is from the driver's side (USA).
