This sounds like a dead battery - a really dead one. It is possible for a battery to reach a point where not even a jump start is enough to get it going again. If your battery is more than a couple years old, I'd recommend picking a new one up and throwing it in there to see what happens. If you have a multimeter or similar you can at least measure the voltage output of the current battery to tell you if it's truly dead - but keep in mind that even if it's putting out 12v or so, it may not be able to generate the amperage to actually start the car - been there, done that. You need some relatively specialized equipment to check amperage. Can you just have it towed out of there?
