need some help ID'ing parts

Working on my vaccum system today and I need help routing hoses and IDing a part. I have a 1990 SPG.
First off, I'm wondering what this is: it's bolted to the fender wall, just behind the left turn signal assembly and ahead of the APC unit. it has a couple of hoses running in and out of it, one of which is connected to a small cylinder with a red tip on it. It also has a wire harness, looking like it has two leads, going into it. (I know it's NOT the EGR modulator).
Also, I accidentally yanked a vacuum hose and I don't know where to put it back. It looks like it hooks in somewhere under the brake fluid reservoir. It's also hooked to the side of the intake manifold on a three-way joint. One is the hose, the other goes to the grey vacuum tank across the engine bay, and the third is to the intake manifold.
Any help would be very much appreciated, I'd like to have the car back together by dinnertime. Thanks!
