fuel or spark. Sounds like you are not getting either. And if you can't get the fuel pumps to fire with a jump at the fuse panel you have wiring problems. Start with a Bentleys manual. Follow the tests methodically. IF you where working near the turbo/O2 sensor when this happened I would check the gounds below the battery. The dist/bridge under the a/c hoses. And then trouble shoot the hall sensor wiring. After that, its trouble shoot the LH with a known good one. If you do find fuel pressure but no fuel in engine could be two things. 1) no tac signal at LH or 2) short in injector harness over intact (VERY COMMON in M85).
Hard starting in a M85 sounds like bad wiring. Get yourself a good ohm meter and start checking the wiring into the LH.
