If you have gas on the plugs, that means that the LH ECU is getting the signal from the Ignition unit to turn the fuel pump on.
Now, here are a couple of things to try:
1. Get new plugs (don't install them yet)
2. Pull the fuel pump fuse and crank the engine a few times for 30 or so seconds, letting it rest for a minute or 2 in between crankings. This will flush some of the gas vapor out of the cylinders.
If it's slow, put the battery on a charger.
3. Install the new plugs and put the wires. Crank it a few times with the gas pedal all the way down.
4. Reinstall the fuel pump fuse. Crank it normally and see what happens.
