here are a couple of things to try:
Pull the plugs to see if they're wet with gas. If they are, as you said, it's flooding for sure.
After you've had a chance to put the battery on a charger, take all of the plugs out, pull the fuel pump fuse, and crank it a few times to dry out the cylinders.
Then, with the fuel pump fuse still out, put the plugs back in, pop the wires back on them and crank it with the pedal partially down. It may start firing.
If that happens, I'd bet you have a bad fuel pressure regulator.
