you need to go through your intake system from the filter to the throttle body. every clamp, boot, connection, etc. it sounds like you are getting unmetered air in the intake. this will cause severe drivability problems as you will be running lean while under vacuum and rich while under boost. make sure you do not have the boot on the turbo crooked and clamped, it will let air pass. the sound of air passing is the cause of your problem, not the ignition system. at least you can't venture that direction until you get rid of the air noise.
did you put a check valve in the line to the pcv in the valve cover? if not, you will be pressurizing the valve cover under boost, who knows where it will vent to from there?
if you have checked your vacuum hoses, recheck them and then zip tie them so they will not pop off, then you are sure they are out of the equation. btw, checking the vacuum lines means pressurizing them with a hand pump, not just looking at them.
hope this helps.
