I went with the 5 psi standard for base boost setting. Connected gauge to vacum lines, was at 3 psi, adjusted wastegate, got to 4psi uder full load. Shortened rod over & over 4 more turns at aprox .5 psi per turn, won't budge past 4psi. At idle I have 15 vacum reading, Was told by SPG 9(mike) that I should have more on the scale at idle. Also position of turbo needle at idle is pointing above the tip(point) of right blinker light, if you extend an imaginary line from point of turbo needle. Was told by SPG 9 that that posisition was to high. He suspected vacum line leak. First of all, does the mentioned senerio give others out there that opinion?..ALSO...what is the "BEST" way to find and trace leak through system? How much would it cost to have all lines replaced with silicon inc. labor. Were talking under dash..the hole bit.
