Sorry Bry but "...changing out the o2 sensor...I'm guessing the o2 sensor is a matter of simply unscrewing, replace, torque to spec" can be a major understatement. Look back at my posts from a couple months ago. I would highly suggest removing the turbo exh. elbow and torching it orange hot to crack loose. You may snap a stud on the elbow but thats an easier byproduct (except for the dealer price for the studs $$). Don't worry about torquing it - it has a crush washer and isn't going anywhere. I think the ratio of hell job to cake walk is about 50/50 so you could take your chances. I wound up getting a junkyard turbo elbow and just swapped my new one in that (after I literally mangled my old sensor and rendered the orig. elbow useless...).

I got nothing on the EGR valve, but assume it's a "liberally soak w/ pene. oil" job. From memory it looks reasonably straightforward to access.
