On my 92 900S 3Door, there is a fuse box under the folding (forward)rear seat, I know one fuse handles central locking, never had the need to replace the window fuse, so not sure if its there. Not sure if 4door is the same.
If your windows will not go up or down, it could be a pitted(carbonized) contact switch in the console control button unit. Remove unit from console (small screwdriver into small slot on edge of control pack and pry), unplug the harness, sit at the kitchen table and use small screwrivers to separate the lower housing from the upper housing. GENTLY!!! no brute force here. All of the little V shaped copper contacts will fall out (thats why you don't do it in the grass) clean them up with an emery board or fine sandpaper to remove the black "arcing" tracks, you'll see how it goes back together, then reassemble the housing.
Also, remove your door panels and clean the window linkages with WD 40 and then lube with white lithium grease. Stiff mechanisms overload the motors and blow the fuses.
Now we know what you will be doing this weekend!
