The first one sounds like your clutch hose. Is it a small diameter (1/4" or so) hanging on the left side of the plastic clutch cover. It may be a braided stainless steel piece about 8 inches long. If that's it, then the clutch hose has jumped ship. Some people have been successful in clamping the hose back on and pressure bleeding the clutch hydraulics. Others have had new clutch hydraulic hoses made or have gotten new OEM hoses.
For the electrical problem, I don't know how much power your sound system draws but, as a shot in the dark, I'd guess that the voltage regulator or the diode pack in the alternator is damaged and it's allowing voltage spikes to take out things. The headlight blowing out is a good clue for the diagnosis. There has been some discussion recently on the site about that very problem.
