It's a beautiful day in Cleveland so I decided to shine up a car.
Yesterday I washed the SPG's engine, and luckily it started right up. Now I'll find the pesky leak... I took the Hall sensor wire off and wrapped the distr. cap in plastic, the taped it all up to keep it dry. Other than that, simple green, a hose, and a cool engine were the all I needed to get that project going...

Today I used a product I read about on the 9-3 board and I'm so happy with it I had to mention it here. See http://www.zainobros.com for Zaino products. I did a wash with Dawn, then Zaino Clay bar (what a difference), another wash, then Polish Lok. I then put on some Z-5 and waited. I acutally worked in my garden while I waited... When I got out the towel and started removing the wax it looked like a mirror. This stuff rocks! I'll have to post a picture when the digital camera batteries are charged up. Yeah, it costs a few bucks, but it does a fantastic job!

I then washed windows, dressed up the tires, put on some Griot's Garage Leather cleaner, cleaned the dash, vacuumed the inside, and hosed/washed the rubber floor mats. I have one sparkly SPG today!!!

I took a lap around the neighborhood just for fun, now I'll have to crack the requisite beer.

Sorry for the bandwidth, I just had to share my Saab joy!

Randy
