Consider that a turbo unit regularly reaches temps higher than the temps it took to slay that engine. But then again, the turbo axle is fairly thin and requires that sheen of oil to cool it just that much so it doesn't warp. If you can spin the turbo and there's no resistance or excess movement, then it should be ok. Be sure to prime it with oil before you both test it and fire the new host car up. Might even want to allow a considerable amount of oil run through it before you mount it so as to clear away any carbonized oil. Consider a strong solvent (toluene, acetone, carb cleaner) for the first flush, ending with motor oil.
