A few scenarios (and no - the clutch has no adjustment) in no particular order:
1. Clutch master cylinder seals are bad - system holds fluid but it's leaking internally past the seals when the pedal is pressed
2. Air in the hydraulic system (has to come in from a bad seal or connection) - loss of pressure and fluid. Look for a leak under the front of the car or at the drivers side. The clutch slave (if not replaced with your kit - it's not included in the '90+ clutch kits!) could be leaking or the clutch hose may be leaking at a crimp between the metal and hose portions.
I'm gonna guess the slave cylinder wasn't replaced with the clutch and it's failed. Good luck - check these things and write back.
