The headlight switch has its own bulb in a small holder located in the center of the backside of the switch. Pull the switch straight out and you'll see the holder.

The heater fan control and air distribution control lights are behind the panel and plug into plastic channels that direct the light to the controls. The manual says that you have to remove the instrument panel, which is held in place by four long screws going up through the bottom edge of the dash. Easier if you remove the steering wheel first. You also have to unhook all the switches. Still not too bad.

However, it is possible to reach the bulbs through the slot for the radio. Pull the radio with the special tools and then remove the DIN box by gently prying the upper and lower edges away from the opening to release the tabs. Once you have this open you should be able to locate the bulb/holder for the fan switch near the back of this switch. The bulb for the other one is down through a mass of wires/hoses just above the lighter. It is similar to the upper bulb so you can feel for it by reaching down through the radio hole. You might be able to see it by removing the left dash speaker and looking through the windshield with a flashlight, not sure on this.
