Euro C900's are different in many different ways. Some have Lucas ignition, not Bosch. Some had different gearing. Model trim options were different, i.e., you could buy an 'Aero' (U.S. SPG) with cloth seats; not here, tho. There was even a hybrid 99/900 called a "90" built for a couple years: 99 in the front with a 900 butt mated to the rear.
Bottom line, however, is that there really weren't many parts on Euro-spec 900s that weren't available here that are especially desireable. Off the top of my head, only thing I can think of might be the light pressure turbo vacuum advance module, which is apparently superior to U.S.-spec turbo cars'.
SAAB didn't (doesn't) sell enough cars around the world to merit significant build differences from one market to the next.
If you're looking to enhance the performance of your SAAB, go to the performance board, search "900", etc., read about a zillion posts to see what folks are doing, and go at it.
have fun...
