It's quite common that new belts makes noises for awhile after installation.

The culprit is the two alternator belts.
When manufacturing belts they always ends up a little bit different in lenght and since they run over the same pulley it takes awhile before the shorter belt have worn off and matched the longer belt. ( moving at different speeds)

You can buy matching belts where they have been paired up, but that is still not enough for the way that the alternator is installed.

When tightening the belts, the alternator moves in it's rubberbushings and the inner belt ends up more tight than the outer.
