4 or 3 door?
It is very easy on a 3 door. Just remove the torx screws holding on all the parts attached to the headliner (like sunvisors, grab handles, etc.), then some trim pieces (on each side of the windshield and on the posts where the seat belts attach), unhook the overhead light, and it drops down. Slide it out the back.
On a 4 door, I've gotten one out by removing the passenger side door and the gearshift, but search the archives since there are bound to be other tricks.
Instead of buying new one, bring the old one to an Auto Upholstery shop (find one in the Yellow Pages) and they'll recover it for < $200 (I paid $150). Just as nice, but a lot cheaper.
