I've used both on brake calipers. The Folia Tec is a good product. I would measure out half of the paint and half of the resin hardener and do only two calipers at a time. Either fronts or backs. If you mix all the paint up you will not have enough time to coat all four calipers.
I've also had c900 brake calipers powder coated. The only part that cannot be coated is the rear caliper that contains the retractable piston. Those piston seals will melt upon heating the caliper up to bake on the coating. All other pieces can be done. I had this done on a set of '88> calipers a few years ago and the shop charged me $100 for all four. I am sure it is more expensive now. I am about to do another set of rebuilt calipers so no cleaning. I'll use the Folia Tec again or try this kit being sold by IPD.
