Garret....
The p/s return line can be followed to the resevoir. I've read (and found) that the majority of the times it is the return. Remove the return, inspect it closely as I found a wear mark in the middle of the hose which created a hole. If you can't find one, put the hose back on with clamps on each end to make sure it isn't the problem.
Regarding the high pressure hose...I just replaced mine, but the engine was out. The location of the hose on the rack is probably easier to get from underneath the car. The other side that connects to the p/s pump couldn't be easier to reach.
I've seen some people cut the high pressure line near the rack to get at it with a socket. I have never ventured that far as after you cut it you are committed to taking it out.
Best of luck. I just learned of the thing at Attitash yesterday, but I can't tell my wife that we are going away for a saab owners meeting after spending all weekend on putting my engine back in the car!
