Two things. If you just messed with vaccum lines, look at those first. Are they routed correctly? Are they on tight? Check the nipples & t connections for cracks or problems. Did you get the right diameter hose? Chances are, that's where you'll find your problem, since it's the last thing you changed and it was yesterday.
What vacuum line work did you do, exactly?
The IAC (or AIC, Automatic Idle Controller) is a cylindrical object by the thermostat housing. It will have a 2 hoses, 1 that leads to the throttle body. It also has an electrical connection. You can take this unit off the car, spray in it with a bunch of carb/injector cleaner (safe for o2 sensor variety), then a shot of WD 40. Let it dry out (won't take long) and put it back in. Some say whack this thing with a screwdriver handle. If that fixes your problem clean it. If cleaning it doesn't work, try another time or 2, or replace with a new one from a Saabnet Sponsor. It costs in the ballpark of $100 (80? 110? something around 100...)
Good luck!
Randy
