no torx bolt (what you called 'star bolt') on rears, just the 10mm positioning stud. use penetrant such as PB Blaster, then a 6-sided deep socket; have read that this can strip easily, so be careful. iirc, bentley says to re-torque to 30 lbs. Pads must come off to get rotor off; presumably you are also putting new pads on? also, u have abs, may be something else i don't know about?? good time to re-grease what i think are called the two 'guide pins' on the calipers - use a stout 7 mm allen and something to give you some leverage on it. do the pass. side first: a little bit more time required due to tight fit next to gas tank; i like to save the easier side for last.
when adjusting the brakes with the 4 mm allen (see link below), be sure that you adjust both sides *equally*. one method is to use a tape measure to ensure each e-brake lever on the caliper has the same amount of travel. if the e-brake cable rubber bellows are rotten, you'll need to shell out at the dealer for new ones. they're *only* $10 EACH! :-((
bleed the brakes while you're down there. castrol LMA works fine.
use a torque wrench when mounting wheels. uneven torque can warp your rotors.
