Ah, my sorry-ass searching skills again! Thanks for the help. My unit's in and sounding good (Pioneer 45Wx4 "Premium" head unit and a/d/s two way fronts). The rears are a upholstery-yanking project for tomorrow).
In case anyone else has a similar "where do I put the crossover boxes?" issue, I found that they fit nicely on the gray sound deadener(?) on the firewall if you use double-stick tape. I just stacked the second one on the first one.
Word of warning, though. I wouldn't suggest the a/d/s 4" 2-ways for C900s. They sound unbelievably good, but they're really tall and I ended up cutting out the grill slats (not enough clearance for the rather thick tweeter) and cutting the rubber speaker gaskets (they'd shrunk out of round and were impeding the woofer surrounds) and just using the corners.
At any rate, thanks for the help, pajjammn.
