I will be interested in how you resolve the problem. I have the opposite problem. Both fans go on together when the thermo switch goes on. It's been like this all winter so I haven't done anything about it but now I have a problem. When I switch on the AC I blow the AC fuse almost every time. Same as you, I have examined the circuit and tested both relays without solving the problem. Make sure you look at the correct circuit for your car. I drive a 1991 SPG (turbo) and the circuit is slightly different than non turbo 900. One suggestion for you is to measure the voltage at the input to the left fan motor. If the voltage is low you may have a short or your overall voltage (alternator) is too low to drive the main three power hogs in the car (the compressor and the two fans). Martin
