had mine cleaned recently (135k miles, 900t). the shop tested them before & after. all flowed really well: all were within 3% flow both static & dynamic before testing, within 1% after (in other words, a marginal improvement). i have had several occasions this spring to run my car wide open for several seconds & run Chevron gas so maybe that's why they're clean...
imo, it couldn't hurt to clean them by pulling & spraying, but it's probably not worth it to pay someone to do it unless you're trying to track down a particular problem & need to eliminate the injectors as a cause.
