There are at least two ways to do this...one way is to knurl the valve guides internally and reuse the valves...I wouldn't recommend this.

Another way is to ream the valve guides to an oversize that fits an oversize valve with the proper clearances and may or may not be available for your engine.

The last way is to remove the valve guides and press in new valve guides nad replace the valves with new valves and grind the valves/seats.

I would guess about 5-10bucks per valve guide plus, what, $20 per exhaust valve and maybe 5-10 per intake valve? 16X10 or 160 plus 4X20 plus 4X10 or about 260 bucks?

If you want them to cc the head or even up the combustion chamber volumes that may be $50? more if it just involves sinking valves rather than grinding the combustion chamber.

Then when you put it back together you have to be sure to set the valve clearances.
